HR Intern – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department in Bangalore. This internship offers hands‑on experience across recruitment, employee records, payroll support and HR communications within a fast‑paced global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Help maintain employee records, HR documentation and support payroll and HRIS data entry as needed.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Conduct market research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Prepare weekly reports, coordinate interview schedules and follow up with walk‑in candidates.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, MSW or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a positive, team‑player attitude.
