About the role
The HR Generalist will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. You will act as a key partner for employees and managers, driving engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely documentation and smooth integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Rippling) and ensure data integrity.
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and leave management, coordinating with insurance brokers.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and wellness activities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and support.
- Champion company culture, inclusion, and collaborative values.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, feedback processes, and engagement surveys.
- Assist with training and development logistics and tracking.
- Oversee exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to work from the Noida office 2‑3 days per week.
