HR Generalist Executive (Remote)

About the role

The HR Generalist Executive will support a global, learning‑focused organization by handling day‑to‑day human resources operations. Working remotely, you will ensure smooth onboarding, accurate HRIS data, payroll coordination and compliance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and HRIS updates for new hires.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Address employee queries, support performance management and drive engagement initiatives.
• Assist in grievance handling and maintain positive employee relations.
• Implement HR policies, maintain accurate records and support recruitment processes.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate proactively across distributed teams.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations, onboarding and payroll coordination.
• Experience in employee relations and basic grievance management.
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance, with ability to interpret and communicate them.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
