HR Fresher – Data Analytics & AI‑Enabled HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Fresher to support our HR operations through data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and modern AI tools. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about human resources, enjoy working with data, and want to leverage AI to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize and analyse HR data covering recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, performance, attrition and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets reports and MIS trackers.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics such as applications, shortlists, interview status, offers, joinings and source effectiveness.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends in headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, skills and manpower needs.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate data cleaning, report generation, formula creation and insight extraction.
• Translate raw HR data into clear business insights for HR leaders and senior management.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding tracking, documentation, HRMS updates and employee query handling.
• Identify repetitive reporting tasks and propose automation using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or AI solutions.
• Validate the accuracy and consistency of reports and AI‑generated outputs before distribution.
• Handle employee and candidate data responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and ethical AI usage.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early‑career candidate with a strong interest in HR analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and translating numbers into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data privacy and ethical AI practices.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleaning).
• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to develop dashboarding skills.
• Experience or willingness to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot for automation and insight generation.
