HR Fresher (AI‑Aware) – Entry‑Level HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, technology‑driven fresher to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive (AI‑Aware). This position blends traditional HR practices with emerging artificial‑intelligence tools to create smarter, faster people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, campus hiring, employee referrals and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Learn and operate modern HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), AI chatbots and workforce‑analytics platforms.
• Assist in implementing AI‑enabled HR processes and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Generate HR documentation, policies, reports and employee communications using AI‑driven solutions.
• Support onboarding activities, coordinate joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding and HR processes.
• Enthusiasm for artificial‑intelligence applications in HR.
• Curiosity to learn and apply AI tools in daily HR activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B.E./B.Tech degree (mandatory) and MBA in Human Resources (mandatory). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
