HR Executive (Remote)

About the role

Paci Fintech is seeking a proactive HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end human resources operations in a fully remote setting. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive on managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement while supporting a multi‑location fintech team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee lifecycle, including performance management and off‑boarding
• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies and maintain HRMS records
• Drive employee engagement activities and support performance reviews
• Maintain HR records for employees across multiple locations

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in human resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience handling multi‑location employees is preferred
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Required skills

• Experience with HRMS tools
