HR Executive – Recruitment, Onboarding & Payroll Support

About the role

The HR Executive will drive core HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement. You will ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and reliable HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions; manage interview schedules and communication.
• Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment reports, and support offer rollout and joining formalities.
• Coordinate pre‑joining documentation, onboarding processes, and track employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Monitor attendance and leave records; assist payroll inputs as needed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and gather feedback through surveys and exit interviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure statutory compliance documentation and audits.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations or generalist roles is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; HRMS knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
