About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people‑oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, solid recruitment knowledge and be capable of handling day‑to‑day HR activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates through calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups with candidates.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee queries.
- Support HR policies, engagement activities, and daily HR operations.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and people‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Recruitment knowledge and experience.
- Ability to manage day‑to‑day HR activities.
