HR Executive – Onsite (Vadodara)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to implement and interpret corporate policies, provide day‑to‑day HR support, and lead the onboarding process for new employees at our Vadodara office. The role works on a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, administer and interpret corporate HR policies, programs and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support on HR‑related matters, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Prepare and deliver new‑hire orientation, explain HR policies, collect documentation and conduct background verifications.
• Maintain and regularly update the master employee database and personal files.
• Analyse HR data in Excel and present findings to senior management using PowerPoint.
• Coordinate induction activities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to design, drive and manage employee development, relations, retention and reward programmes.
• Self‑starter who can identify problems and implement solutions independently.
• Highly adaptable to evolving HR scenarios within a technology environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• PowerPoint for presenting insights to senior leadership.
