About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join our Shared Services team in Gurugram. The role supports the global Human Resources group by ensuring efficient and timely delivery of HR tasks in a matrix environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new employees in SuccessFactors and SAP.
- Onboard new hires and process HR documents for hires, changes, leaves, and terminations.
- Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS.
- Handle employee queries and transactions via Zendesk ticketing system.
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports to monitor HR metrics.
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support special projects and other HR specialties as required.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using SAP and SuccessFactors HR systems.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
