HR Coordinator – Bangalore (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our Bangalore office and support our New York headquarters. The role works on an evening shift (16:30 PM IST to 01:00 AM IST, Monday‑Friday) and offers the chance to collaborate across borders in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing queries on workplace culture, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communicate benefits and company values.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring new hires understand culture, processes, and expectations.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Support core HR functions such as performance review tracking, compensation assistance, and compliance documentation.
• Facilitate exit interviews and manage off‑boarding tasks with professionalism.
• Document grievance cases and ensure policy‑aligned resolutions.
• Maintain accurate HRIS (time and attendance) records and generate reports for data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• Minimum 9 + years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or cross‑border organization.
• Strong desire to grow, positive attitude, and continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
