About the role
Join Amazon’s HR Contact Center team supporting employees across EMEA. As a bilingual (French/English) associate you will be the first point of contact for HR‑related inquiries, handling calls, chats and emails from staff and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee queries on benefits, payroll, leave, onboarding, terminations and data management in French and English.
- Use internal knowledge bases, FAQs and SOPs to resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document interactions in case management systems and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Identify gaps in documentation or processes and suggest improvements.
- Provide feedback to enhance overall service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French (B2/C1) and English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to handle high‑volume, 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in administration, call‑center or HR environments is preferred.
- Ability to work with confidential information and in multicultural teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outlook email client.
