HR Business Partner – INFC PXT

About the role

The HR Business Partner for INFC – PXT will drive HR initiatives that support Amazon's strategic business goals in India. You will act as a central point of contact for employees, partners, and leaders, ensuring a motivated, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse employee surveys; partner with HRBPs to create action plans.
• Lead onboarding processes and collaborate with recruitment to meet hiring forecasts.
• Partner with business leaders to maintain high employee engagement and motivation.
• Implement new HR policies, procedures and programs aligned with business needs.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee grievances and support investigations.
• Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, exit interview trends and dashboard reporting.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as buddy programs, voice of employee forums, round‑tables and brown‑bag sessions.
• Collaborate on career‑pathing sessions and support L&D training needs assessments.
• Conduct vendor audits to ensure labor compliance and manage statutory compliance activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage high‑volume tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving, contingency planning and multi‑priority management skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities to keep teams prioritized and on schedule.
