HR Business Partner I

About the role

You will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with leaders of Customer Support, Customer Success and Professional Services to shape hiring, development, motivation and retention strategies while turning people insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and people strategies.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, inform decisions and translate analysis into clear priorities and actions.
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in India, ensuring fair, compliant and timely outcomes.
• Design, improve and deliver programs across performance management, career development, coaching and recognition.
• Drive HR cycles such as performance, compensation and talent reviews while aligning with global standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Hands‑on experience managing employee relations in India, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
