About the role
Reporting to the Sr. HRBP of the Engineering team in India, the HR Business Partner will partner with function heads, people managers, COEs and platform services to build capabilities that drive sustainable, profitable growth. The role focuses on creating an engaging culture, developing talent and retaining best‑in‑class employees.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR plans that support strategic initiatives and deliver results.
- Coach line managers on delivering great employee experiences, performance management and talent development.
- Collaborate with People Services and COEs to execute key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Build a diverse talent pipeline and deploy programs on inclusion, health and wellbeing.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and solutions that improve overall employee experience.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of HR experience supporting employee relations across all grades.
- Working knowledge of compensation, diversity and performance management practices.
- MBA or post‑graduation in HR is mandatory.
