HR Business Partner – Digital (Bangalore)

About the role

The HR Business Partner – Digital will work closely with function heads, people managers, COEs and platform services to build capabilities that drive sustainable, profitable growth. Reporting to the Sr HRBP of Digital India, the role focuses on shaping culture, enhancing employee experience and retaining top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into People & Organization initiatives.
• Coach line managers on performance, talent development and employee experience.
• Collaborate with People Services and COEs to deliver HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline aligned with growth plans.
• Deploy programs on inclusion & diversity, health & wellbeing, and other employee initiatives.
• Support leadership in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skill assessment.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and improve total employee experience.
• Lead performance enablement processes to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of HR experience across all grades, with strong employee‑relations exposure.
• Working knowledge of compensation, diversity, and performance‑management practices.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (mandatory).
