HR Business Partner – Coimbatore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to work on‑site in Coimbatore. In this role you will partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Align people strategies with business goals through workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Serve as the primary HR contact, advising on policies, processes, and workplace concerns.
• Lead employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee‑relations matters.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, performance discussions, and exits.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and propose retention improvements.
• Coordinate background and employment verification, maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Administer leave, attendance, HRMS, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor‑law requirements.
• Support performance management, goal setting, learning, and career development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and people analytics for leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MBA/MSW in HR preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or People Operations professional.
• Hands‑on recruitment experience and strong knowledge of employee engagement, relations, performance management, and organizational development.
