About the role
The HR Associate Partner, Last Mile PXT, ensures workforce delivery to the business through effective planning, absenteeism management and external impact analysis, while driving employee engagement and handling employee relations issues.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure headcount delivery through planning, absenteeism assumptions and monitoring external factors such as weather and festivals.
- Lead employee connection and engagement initiatives, handling grievances and queries.
- Proactively sense employee relations issues and escalate to leadership as needed.
- Prepare data analysis, reports and dashboards using HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage stakeholders including operations leaders, manpower agencies, transportation and canteen vendors.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of human resources experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
