About the role

As an HR Associate in Arbolus' People team, you will work across the full employee life‑cycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off‑boarding – while helping to build a vibrant culture at the Gurgaon hub.

Key responsibilities

• Managing employee life‑cycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Partnering with hiring managers to write job descriptions, run interviews and hire the right people for our teams.
• Planning and running employee engagement activities – celebrations, team events, wellbeing initiatives and culture‑building moments across the Gurgaon office.
• Owning the grievance redressal process, handling employee concerns with care and ensuring timely resolution.
• Analysing HR metrics to spot trends and improvement areas across engagement, attrition and performance appraisals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders in India and globally to implement People strategies that support business objectives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of overall HR experience with hands‑on recruitment and broader HR responsibilities.
• Exposure to the entire employee life cycle (hire to retire) and proficiency using an ATS.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Curious, ambitious, organised and comfortable with sensitive conversations.
