HR Analytics Assistant Manager

About the role

EY’s Global Delivery Services is seeking an HR Analytics Assistant Manager to join the Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – HR Enablement team. The role will provide strategic people insights, advanced analytics and data‑driven recommendations that support talent and HR decision‑making across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and Global Talent Centres of Excellence to translate strategic priorities into analytics requirements.
• Deliver workforce analytics, reporting and insights to aid planning, forecasting and decision‑making.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in people data and present actionable recommendations to executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and global talent teams.
• Support workforce planning, performance insights and digital enablement aligned with EY’s talent strategy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of HR processes, talent management and workforce planning.
