HR Administrator – Remote (India)

About the role

The HR Operations Administrator will support Learning Technologies Group (LTG) by delivering high‑quality employee lifecycle administration, HR systems maintenance, payroll coordination and operational process support across multiple countries. This remote position is based in India and works within a shared services team to ensure accurate, consistent HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, benefits changes, terminations).
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, documentation and personnel files in line with data‑privacy and retention policies.
• Manage HR workflows, approvals and case‑management activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager HR operational enquiries.
• Support HR system administration through accurate data entry, record updates and user assistance.
• Conduct data validation and quality‑assurance activities to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Assist with HR reporting by preparing and validating data extracts.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, managers and HR stakeholders.
• Experience working with HR processes across different jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.

Required skills

• HRIS administration (experience with any HR information system).
