HR & Admin Executive

About the role

The HR & Admin Executive will champion a high‑performance culture on the shop floor, ensuring employees feel respected, heard, and supported. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to maintain compliance, manage the contract workforce, and oversee facilities services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a high‑performance culture with clear expectations, accountability, and consistent leadership behaviours.
• Act as the first point of contact for operators, handling grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain statutory compliance with Karnataka labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) and oversee the compliance vendor.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits, close observations, and ensure all statutory registers are up to date.
• Manage contract workforce staffing, monitor contractor performance, and coordinate with manpower vendors.
• Collaborate with facilities service providers to ensure timely availability of services for employees and contractors.
