Key responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning, making beds, dusting, vacuuming and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities, replacing bed linens, towels and guest essentials.
• Manage supplies by stocking, maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight guests by responding promptly and courteously to their requests.
• Handle waste disposal, placing trash and recyclables in designated areas.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping, preferably as a room attendant.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Courteous and professional interaction with guests.
• Efficiently complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Team‑oriented, working well with other hotel departments.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
