We are seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a hospitality property in Nashik. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and arrange timely replenishment.
• Train new team members and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness regulations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
