About the role
Swabha is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Supervisor to work on‑site in Jaipur, ensuring homestays are spotless, comfortable, and ready for guests. The role involves daily cleaning, laundry management, and interaction with guests and property owners.
Key responsibilities
- Clean rooms and common areas, make beds, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Handle laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Inspect rooms before guest arrivals, report maintenance issues, and restock supplies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or residential housekeeping (preferred).
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Strong housekeeping skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with laundry operations such as washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens.
- Effective customer service and communication skills to interact with guests and property owners.
