Housekeeping Specialist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Housekeeping Specialist at The Postcard Hotel, you will maintain the brand’s promise of understated luxury and immaculate comfort by ensuring every guest room and public area is clean, well‑presented, and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Maintain overall cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.
• Handle guest laundry, linen, and amenities with care.
• Replenish supplies, replace linens, and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Use equipment and materials responsibly and store them properly.
• Assist with turndown service and special room preparations when required.
• Support the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management (preferred).
• 0–3 years of housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Passion for service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Professional demeanor with a warm, courteous approach toward guests.
• Awareness and appreciation of The Postcard brand philosophy and service ethos.
