Housekeeping Associate

About the role

The Postcard Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain the brand’s promise of understated luxury and immaculate comfort. You will ensure every guest room and public area reflects warmth, cleanliness, and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Maintain hygiene, presentation, and replenish supplies throughout the property.
• Handle guest laundry, linen, and amenities with care.
• Report maintenance needs promptly and store equipment responsibly.
• Assist with turndown service and special room preparations as required.
• Support the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management (preferred).
• 0–3 years of housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Passionate about service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within hospitality.
• Professional, warm, and courteous demeanor toward guests.
