Housekeeping Professor

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Housekeeping Professor to join our hospitality education team. You will guide students through both theoretical concepts and practical skills required for effective housekeeping management in hotels and other hospitality settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and training sessions on housekeeping standards, procedures, and equipment usage.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, practical exams, projects, and presentations.
• Mentor students on industry best practices, research projects, and career development.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment documentation.
• Participate in curriculum development, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and hospitality events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in hospitality or hotel management institutes, or 2 years of industry experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
