Housekeeping, Procurement & Cafe Manager

About the role

The Synapse Clinic in Kokapet is looking for a versatile professional to oversee housekeeping, procurement and the in‑house café. You will ensure the clinic environment remains clean, well‑stocked and welcoming for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, waiting area, washrooms and all common areas, performing tasks personally and supervising 1–2 housekeeping staff.
• Source, purchase and stock clinic supplies such as forms, prescription pads, toiletries, files, brochures and café/kitchen items, coordinating with vendors to ensure continuous availability.
• Manage relationships with service providers (electricians, plumbers, building facility manager) to resolve facility issues promptly.
• Oversee utility bill payments and ensure timely settlement.
• Run the in‑house café: procure ingredients, prepare basic food and beverages, maintain hygiene standards, and keep a small inventory and daily cash/expense record.
• Perform errands using a personal two‑wheeler for purchases, deliveries and pickups.
• Support clinic events and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in facilities/housekeeping supervision, procurement or food service (café/canteen); a combination of these is a strong plus.
• Own a valid driving licence and a two‑wheeler for errands.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on housekeeping and café work in addition to supervising staff.
• Basic organisational and record‑keeping abilities; comfortable managing a small team (1–2 staff).
• Communication skills in Telugu/Hindi; basic English is helpful.
