About the role
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleanliness operations across the hotel, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage back‑of‑house non‑kitchen cleaning activities.
- Oversee laundry and dry‑cleaning operations for hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain overall hotel appearance.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
