About the role
The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Bloom is a full‑time, on‑site position in Gurugram. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, hygienic and well‑stocked, contributing to a comfortable stay for travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and public spaces following Bloom’s standards.
- Handle laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying and linen inventory management.
- Restock amenities and supplies in rooms and public areas.
- Interact with guests to address housekeeping requests promptly and courteously.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate team and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
- Participate in regular training to maintain quality and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills for guest and team interactions.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
