Housekeeping Guest Environment Expert

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will ensure every guest area of the hotel is spotless, welcoming and ready for a memorable stay. You will work closely with the hospitality team to deliver high‑quality housekeeping services across rooms and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to Marriott standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Uphold confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move for extended periods.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
• Professional demeanor, including proper uniform and personal appearance.
• Willingness to work full‑time shifts in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
