Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Accor is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Executive to lead daily operations on the hotel floor. You will coordinate briefings, supervise cleaning teams, and ensure that guest areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with floor staff and assign tasks.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries.
• Maintain public areas and replenish guest supplies promptly.
• Report damages, malfunctions, and unusual activities to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and keep accurate floor reports.
• Assist in monitoring attendance and performance of team members.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond professionally.
