Housekeeping Executive

About the role

The Housekeeping Executive will oversee all cleaning and maintenance services for a commercial property, ensuring high standards of hygiene, appearance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with building vendors and the Building Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily building rounds and coordinate with cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other service vendors.
• Prepare and share daily and monthly reports (DMR, MMR) with the Building Manager and client.
• Schedule and lead weekly vendor meetings to address issues and align on service standards.
• Maintain attendance records for staff and manage payroll summaries.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating when necessary.
• Mentor and develop vendor staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to supervisory teams, including landscaping and gardening tasks.
• Implement checklists, monitor cleaning standards, and ensure orderly storage areas.

Required profile

• Analytical and meticulous with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Degree or diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities, or property management.
