About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure an excellent and consistent level of service for hotel guests by maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas. You will work closely with the hotel team to deliver courteous, professional, and efficient housekeeping support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in the designated place of work, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the property.
- Provide flexible and responsive service to meet guest needs and hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
