Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Housekeeping Attendant, providing clean, comfortable rooms and exceptional service to guests at our Bengaluru property. You will work full‑time on‑site, ensuring each guest room meets the brand’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Prepare and transport supply carts to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, fold towels, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used linens.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and functionality.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping experience necessary.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift.
• Professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality.
