About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Associate to join our hotel team, ensuring rooms are ready for guests and supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Run sold room reports, verify room status and resolve discrepancies.
- Prioritize and monitor room cleaning, assign rush and Do Not Disturb rooms.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to address maintenance and service issues.
- Complete required housekeeping paperwork and adhere to safety and security policies.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold guest service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of housekeeping or related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
