Housekeeping Associate

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate will support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams at Hilton Lucknow, ensuring guest requests are handled efficiently and standards are consistently high. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate day‑to‑day tasks for Housekeeping and Laundry staff.
• Monitor appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
• Manage room availability, release of master keys, incident book, and uniform/linen inventory.
• Check guest preferences in the CRM system and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Arrange special requests such as flowers, embroidery, and linen for events.
• Conduct monthly Lost & Found audits and handle donations.
• Coordinate document and personnel traffic within the department.
• Oversee daily linen release, guest clothing service, and monthly laundry expense closing.
• Provide coverage for Laundry Attendants during absences.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Previous experience in laundry operations.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
