House Manager

About the role

The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Founder’s residence in Delhi, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and clients. This full‑time, on‑site role involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and overall functioning of the house.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, including housekeeping and support personnel.
• Ensure household tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and daily requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with the Founder and household staff.
• Handle day‑to‑day household requirements and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Oversee vendor coordination, inventory of supplies, and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and special events as needed.

Required profile

• Education: Intermediate (12th) or Graduate.
• Excellent verbal communication and confident, professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational and people‑management abilities.
• Comfortable supervising household staff and handling responsibilities independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Call‑centre or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Prior experience as a House Manager, Supervisor, Front Office Executive, or similar role preferred.
