House Manager / Butler

About the role

Marutinandan Capital Pvt. Ltd. seeks a professional, well‑groomed House Manager / Butler to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Managing Director’s residence in Ahmedabad. The role combines hospitality excellence with meticulous household management, ensuring a seamless, confidential, and welcoming environment for the family and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily household operations and overall residence upkeep.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, laundry, and maintenance teams.
• Welcome and assist guests with polished hospitality.
• Coordinate with household staff, external vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain inventory of essential supplies and manage procurement.
• Assist with meal service, table setting, and organization of family events.
• Schedule routine maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in luxury residences, hospitality, hotels, or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑groomed appearance with strong hospitality etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain discretion.
