House Helper

About the role

The House Helper is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lakhisarai, supporting the smooth daily operations of the facility and workspaces. The position involves maintaining cleanliness in common areas, offices and staff rooms, organizing supplies and ensuring workstations and shared spaces are tidy and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, offices, staff rooms and dining areas.
• Organize and replenish supplies, ensuring workstations are tidy.
• Assist with basic food‑service tasks such as arranging utensils, cleaning dining spaces and light preparation.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to provide a clean, orderly and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation and safety practices in a food‑service setting.
• Strong reliability, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial or hospitality support roles is an advantage.
• Willingness to follow company policies, attend training and learn new procedures.
