Hotel Security Officer

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel security team and help create a safe, welcoming environment for every guest. As a Security Officer you will oversee daily security operations, maintain standards, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and maintain precise security reports and records.
• Respond to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents and security threats promptly.
• Provide exceptional assistance to guests, handling inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a security officer.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused approach.
• Ability to stay calm and act effectively under high‑pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant security certifications and training (e.g., first aid, CPR) preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
