Hotel Sales Manager

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its hotel sales team. The role combines strategic vision with a results‑driven mindset to maximise revenue, grow market share and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s sales initiatives and team performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue in line with the business plan.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
• Build effective, collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Achieve sales targets by coaching, motivating and monitoring the sales team.
• Enhance the hotel’s community image and brand presence.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar sales leadership role within a quality environment.
• Commercially astute, multi‑tasker motivated by challenge.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and able to increase productivity and sales volume.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to enhance the hotel’s community image.
