Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all engineering systems across its properties. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, responding quickly to guest requests, and supporting the overall efficiency of the hotel’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor and manage utilities such as diesel generators, pumps, air‑conditioning, lighting, and water supply systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address breakdowns promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and guest complaints related to engineering services.
• Ensure all work complies with hotel standards, safety procedures, and energy‑conservation practices.
• Keep accurate records, equipment logs, and daily checklists.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering workshop and work areas.
• Assist with installation and repair projects throughout the hotel.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher secondary education.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, or a related technical trade.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
