About the role

Gram Street Coffee, a coffee roaster and café in Gurgaon, is expanding its culinary team. We are seeking a Hot Kitchen Continental Chef to work in our vibrant kitchen, which serves a European‑style menu of pies, puffs, salads, and wraps. The position is open to chefs at the commis level who are eager to grow within a fast‑moving, multi‑branch operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental dishes in the hot kitchen according to Gram Street Coffee’s standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team led by Chef Vanshika Bhatia to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for hot‑kitchen ingredients.

Required profile

• Passion for continental cuisine and experience working in a hot‑kitchen environment.
