About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join the team at Hyatt Centric Hebbal, Bangalore. In this role you will ensure guests receive a consistent, high‑quality service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned area.
Provide courteous, efficient and flexible service to maximise guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for diners.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
