Homologation Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Homologation Department in Gurgaon. The role offers hands‑on experience with vehicle type‑approval processes, regulatory compliance and certification across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support homologation processes for vehicle type approvals (Indian, WVTA, UNECE, etc.)
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and dossiers for regulatory submissions
• Review technical specifications to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate vehicle testing activities and witness test sessions
• Analyze test results and draft technical reports
• Maintain homologation databases and tracking systems
• Communicate with internal teams and external authorities, organizing certification files and supporting project timelines

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle technology
