About the role
Stayscape is expanding its portfolio of holiday villas in the Lonavala and Karjat regions. The Home Acquisition team seeks motivated professionals to identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑quality villas, building lasting relationships with property owners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard villas that meet Stayscape’s standards.
- Connect with homeowners, establishing and nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Conduct property visits, assess business potential, and verify compliance.
- Manage negotiations, documentation, and the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new properties.
Required profile
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Lonavala and Karjat property markets.
- Passion for hospitality, holiday homes, and real‑estate business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
