Holiday Consultant – Travel Package Specialist

About the role

Hayal Travel Co. is seeking a full‑time Holiday Consultant to join its Kozhikode office. You will design and customise holiday packages for both domestic and international travelers, ensuring each itinerary matches client preferences, budgets and travel dates.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on itineraries, accommodations, transport options and activities.
• Handle ticketing, visa documentation support and booking confirmations.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth pre‑ and post‑travel support.
• Promote special offers and keep destination knowledge up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent listening and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and maintain organised records in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to changing client needs.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Familiarity with reservation or booking systems (experience with travel tools is a plus).
