Helpdesk Senior Associate (French)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Senior Associate who can provide first‑line technical support in French. The role is based in Noida and involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat while ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L1.5 technical assistance for Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office and other COTS applications.
• Prioritize, diagnose and resolve reported problems, escalating when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth issue handling.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and communications.
• Participate in a 24x7 rotational shift schedule to support global users.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Fluent in French (minimum B1 certification) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent customer handling abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts covering a 24‑hour support window.
